Jump into the world of jewelry design with bronze precious metal clay! In this class you’ll learn to use molding tools and basic forming techniques to create a truly original piece. Once the design is complete, we’ll lay your project in one of our kilns to harden it into a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry!
Get some hands-on experience with glassblowing as you learn how to gather hot glass from the furnace, add color, and sculpt it into a glass pumpkin. Our artists will guide you through the process of making a one-of-a-kind centerpiece for the fall season.
Closed-toe shoes, long pants, hair tie are required.
Learn the skills necessary to throw cylinders, cups, bowls, and more in this exciting introduction to the fundamentals of working on a potter’s wheel. You will be guided through the process of throwing, shaping, and trimming your pieces. Express your creative voice through basic surface decoration and glazing techniques.
Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.Â
Sip some freshly steeped tea and awaken the magic of healing through tea blending and ceramics. In this workshop, you will create a slab built ceramic iced tea tumbler. Then learn how to blend your own tea to take home and enjoy. The healing tea blend will be created using GoggleWorks’ grown and dried herbs.
Explore the fun, hands-on world of gel plate printing in this mixed media course! You’ll learn how to make unique monoprints by layering paint, textures, stencils, and collage elements. We’ll use found papers, handmade textures, and personal images to create expressive prints. By the end, you’ll have a collection of original artwork and the skills to keep creating on your own. Some materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own laser copies, old newspapers, or glossy magazines for image transfers.

Join in with your kids as we explore sewing. Share a sewing machine and a unique experience as you and your child learn how to craft colorful mix-matched throw pillows. Pre-cut fabric patterns will be provided as well as one sewing machine per parent and child. Instructor is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Learn the basics of fused glass art and create your own nature-inspired glass dish. Using a variety of colorful glass sheets, you will design and assemble a beautiful, leaf-shaped piece. Your finished creation will be a functional work of art, perfect for protecting tables and adding a touch of nature to any room.
Starting with a simple square blank of hardwood, learn the fundamentals of woodturning, including the safe use of the lathe, turning gouges, and lathe tools. Leave with a beautiful French rolling pin and basic skills which can be applied to a wide range of future turning projects. Great for both beginners and experienced artists. Make a one-of-a-kind wooden spoon or cooking utensil using traditional hand tools. Learn to orient your piece of wood for strength and efficient carving while using a variety of techniques and grips to remove material. Great for both beginners and experienced artists.
