Summer Camp Schedule

Camps run from either 9-12pm (AM session) or 1-4pm (PM session) and do not include a break for lunch. Signing up for both an AM and PM half day camp session will result in Full Day camp status (which will include a break for lunch and any associated demonstrations/artist talks). Lunch is not provided for campers; all full day campers must bring a packed lunch.

Summer Camp Policies

Lunch / Snack
Lunch and snacks are not included in camp tuition (with the exception of GoggleWoods). Each camper must pack and bring their own snacks and lunch. GoggleWorks does provide industrial fridges to store campers’ lunches during the day.

Sign-in / Sign-Out
Children under the age of 14 must be signed in by a parent/guardian or designated adult each day of camp at the GoggleWorks information desk. Sign out will occur at the classroom location (front desk staff can help direct you to the proper location).

Cancellations & Refunds
In the event that a student must withdraw their registration from camp, GoggleWorks will issue a full refund if cancellation is made 7 days prior to the start of camp. Campers may receive a credit or transfer to another camp if they do not wish to return after the first day of camp.

Artwork Pick up
Hot glass, warm glass, and ceramic projects will have to be processed and will take additional time to be completed. GoggleWorks requires approximately 2-3 weeks to properly complete and fire all work. Families will be notified when work is ready for pick up. In some cases, other artwork such as mixed media sculptures or paintings may need more time to dry/fuse together; they can be picked up on the following week.

Classroom Management
Classrooms operate on a three strike system, with the first strike resulting in a warning, the second strike resulting in a private discussion with the student, and the third strike resulting in notification of parent(s)/guardian(s). If there continues to be problems after the third strike, the student may be pulled from the camp roster without a refund of tuition at the discretion of the Youth Programs Coordinator.

In addition to the above, our general course policies also apply.

Required Forms

We look forward to sharing an educational and enriching summer program experience with your child(ren). The following is important paperwork that must be completed and returned no later than one week prior to the start of your selected camp.
