Explore different application methods and materials, as we repurpose “junk” into an eclectic journal to take home that day. Students are welcome to bring their own materials (images, menus, magazines, stickers, textiles, pressed flowers, scrap paper, etc.). Together we will turn some trash into treasure!

A class designed for those interested in exploring different types of wool felting! You will be introduced to wet and needle felting techniques while completing two small projects. Leave with a pairing of a decorative felted acorn and pumpkin.
Have you wondered how a DJ reads a crowd, blends tracks, and controls a room? This class will meet twice a week for six weeks, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of music theory, DJ equipment and software, mixing techniques, and what it takes to perform live. Whether you’re curious about DJing as a hobby, a creative outlet, or a new career path, this class gives you real skills and real confidence behind the decks. Classes are taught in both English and Spanish.

Step into the magic of analog photography. In this hands-on workshop at GoggleWorks, you’ll learn how to shoot, develop, and print your own black & white film from start to finish. Using a 35mm film camera, we’ll guide you through the essentials: how to compose and expose your images, develop your negatives in the darkroom, and create beautiful prints using enlargers. Please bring your own photo paper. GoggleWorks will provide the camera, film, chemistry, and all other materials.

Explore concept art basics to bring your vision to life through drawing, then learn screen printing basics to turn your drawing into handmade art you can hang up, use, or wear. You will be able to print and upcycle clothes with your designs. Leave the class with several usable and wearable prints of your own art.
Take your ceramics to the next level with either handbuilding or going big on the wheel. This advanced class explores techniques for constructing bold, large-scale forms with strength, balance, and creative impact. Additional Glaze day for large pieces 2-5pm Wednesday, Nov. 18. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
