Learn the basics of quilting while sewing your own custom pillow together with your child. This hands-on family workshop covers fabric selection, cutting your own fabric, and finishing techniques in a fun, creative environment. Note: An adult must participate in the workshop. The tuition fee covers one individual, and you must register for each adult and child attending.
Learn the basics of watercolor painting with emphasis on letting the water and materials work for you. Other topics covered include mixing colors on and off the paper, how to paint a wash/glaze, wet on wet technique, dry brush technique, and the of use various materials and tools to make unique paintings. Along with the basics, some experimental techniques will be explored.
