Carve your own relief block, then use it to create stunning prints, with or without ink. Blind embossing uses only pressure to leave a raised, ink-free impression on paper, resulting in an elegant image. Whether you choose to add ink for bold contrast or let the embossed surface speak for itself, you’ll leave with a handcrafted block and beautiful prints that you can keep or share with friends.
Working from your own reference photos, learn to make artistic portraits of animals you love. Together, we will work in water media including gouache and watercolors and other mixed media like pencils, chalks, and artist-grade crayons. No class Nov. 26.
Supplies can be purchased at our Art Supply Store, located on the first floor of GoggleWorks.
