Enjoy GoggleWorks’ beautiful new courtyard as we learn to sketch together in this new outdoor environment! Learn tips about sketching urban scenes quickly, how to quickly measure and estimate perspective, and how to sketch plants and foliage. Please bring your favorite sketch materials (pencils, pens, watercolors, etc.) and a sketch journal. Option to bring a folding stool. Please check the weather and dress for comfort.

Split over the course of three sessions, learn the basics of shooting film, developing your film, and printing images from your negatives, all with a 35mm film camera. This is a great workshop to get a taste of using film and understanding darkroom basics. A 35mm film camera will be provided. You may be required to bring paper.

Focused on using enlargers, this class is developed for those who already have black and white negatives developed. We will not be doing photography or developing negatives, but instead spending the entire class time in the darkroom using enlargers. You may be required to bring paper, and are highly encouraged to bring your own black and white negatives to enlarge.
