Have you worked in glassblowing before? Refine your glassblowing skills by developing personal goals while working independently, or with a partner, on a self-directed project. Your instructor will help you problem solve and confront the challenges of intermediate/advanced glass work.

Learn to capture dynamic light, shadow, and color using water-based media such as watercolor and gouache (opaque watercolor) to create visually compelling paintings. Note: There is no class Nov. 5.

For experienced jewelry makers who want to advance their skills, share ideas, and develop new proficiencies, this intermediate level class will cover a range of various metalsmithing topics, with a focus on design, fabrication, and stone setting applications. Please bring your own fine metals and gemstones to class.
Learn about glassblowing as you create an original beer tumbler. Once cooled, pick up your glass at Saucony Creek Franklin Station Brewpub where the second half of the workshop will conclude with a demonstration and tasting with their brew experts 5pm Saturday, Oct. 18.

Learn the basics of watercolor painting with emphasis on letting the water and materials work for you. Other topics covered include mixing colors on and off the paper, how to paint a wash/glaze, wet on wet technique, dry brush technique, and the of use various materials and tools to make unique paintings. Along with the basics, some experimental techniques will be explored. Note: there will be no class on November 13th.
Explore the art, aesthetics, and techniques of glassblowing through demonstration and hands-on practice. Class discussions will include historical and contemporary glass movements, basic glass chemistry, and studio application.

Drop in on Fridays for our new creative printmaking series with artist Suzanne Fellows and explore a variety of techniques to create your own unique prints. Perfect for both beginners and experienced artists, each session includes a demo, lecture, and hands-on experience with endless possibilities!
Come play with clay and learn how to use a variety of techniques to design your own spooky pumpkin lantern. Note: An adult must participate in the workshop. The tuition fee covers one individual, and you must register for each adult and child attending.
Join us for a creative night with clay! Our ceramic instructor will walk you through the basics of wheel throwing. Create a unique piece of pottery, then choose a glaze from our ceramic studio’s selection.
