Along with your child, explore in our printmaking studio and make prints from nature in this family workshop. Stamp leaves to create prints you can keep or gift to a friend. Explore the art of welding with found objects in this one-day workshop. Start the class with a visit to a local scrap yard where you’ll learn how to identify weldable metals for your project. After a lunch break, you’ll learn how to use a MIG welder and hand tools to create your own found object sculpture. Be prepared to walk in an industrial setting; gloves and boots/work shoes are highly advised. Prerequisite: Welding Basics or equivalent experience.
