For experienced jewelry makers who want to advance their skills, share ideas, and develop new proficiencies, this intermediate level class will cover a range of various metalsmithing topics, with a focus on design, fabrication, and stone setting applications. Please bring your own fine metals and gemstones to class.

Learn how to cut, cab, facet, and polish any stone of your choice in our studio, or bring some of your own to work on! Discover what it takes to turn a rough stone into a finished, custom-cut gem for your jewelry designs! Once you learn the process, work on as many stones as you’d like throughout the duration of the class! Acceptable stones: pectolite, calcite, fluorite, orthoclase, and quartz. No street rocks or precious gems. Instructor is bilingual in English and Spanish.
