Level up your wheel throwing skills in this 6-week class, focusing on building large forms, compound techniques, and independent projects. You’ll also learn lidded forms, handle making, and glaze application. This class includes the opportunity to fire your work in a Cone 10 Reduction Firing. Note: There will be no class Nov. 26.
Prerequisite: Intro to Wheel Throwing or equivalent experience.
In this two-part workshop, you’ll first create your own ceramic vessels using simple hand-building techniques. Once fired, you’ll pour custom-scented candles into your finished forms—combining function, fragrance, and personal design in one beautiful project.
