Join GoggleWorks Center for the Arts for the opening reception of Giancarlo DeMarchi: Blue Salesman, An exhibition exploring the complicated relationship between memory, emotion, and representation.
Giancarlo DeMarchi is a contemporary painter whose work explores tension, memory, love, loss, and the passage of time. Working primarily through color, shape, and layered forms, Giancarlo creates compositions in which disparate elements struggle against one another while seeking moments of harmony. His paintings emerge as testimonials, observations, and meditations on lived experience and recollection.
