    Participants will learn how to start seeds successfully. Seed starting is an essential gardening skill in order to grow a greater variety of crops, save money and experience more joy in the garden. Participants will learn how to start seeds during the winter months using either an indoor windowsill, grow light, or greenhouse method.

    Ready to start your home compost journey? Join us to learn how to start, maintain, mix, and sift compost piles or bins.Ā  Discover how to compost in small spaces with a garden or no garden at all! Participants will leave with their very own countertop composting bin ( limit one per household).Ā

    *Dress for cool outdoor weather, wear shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty
