Art+Activism: Protest Sign Lecture

Join visiting artist and professional sign painter, AlyssaBeth Archumbault, for a free 45-minute lecture and slideshow on the history and nature of protest sign graphics.  Topics covered will include professional tips on how to make your sign stand out, how to share your message effectively, methods and materials for construction and display, and design strategies (for example, graphics versus no graphics). The lecture will conclude with a group critique of example signs.
