Arts Town Hall Listening Session

Nov 4 / 7–8:30pm

Artists, arts educators, creative professionals, and representatives of arts and cultural organizations are invited to participate in a series of Arts Town Hall Listening Sessions focused on the needs, challenges, and future of the local arts community.
Yocum Institute for Arts Education is proud to partner with the Reading Musical Foundation, GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, and BCTV to host five listening sessions at locations throughout Berks County.
At a time of transition for the local arts community, this initiative reflects a shared commitment to listening to the people who make our creative community thrive before determining what comes next.
These sessions offer an opportunity to share experiences, identify gaps and opportunities, and discuss what a strong, connected, and sustainable arts community could look like in the years ahead. Whether you’re an individual artist, arts educator, creative professional, or representative of an arts and cultural organization, your perspective matters!
