Erik Curtis is an American woodworker, sculptor, and television personality. As a master woodworker, Curtis has shown in galleries around the country and regularly teaches at schools to help promote the craft of fine woodworking.
This year we are excited for him to be teaching “Everything is a Box”
Embark on a journey of joinery and design as we learn the fundamentals of box building using a combination of machine and hand tool techniques. You’ll start by mastering a simple lidded box and then learn how to break free from the cube to create a creative box of your own design. Whether you are new to woodworking or a seasoned artisan, this class will challenge you to think outside the box! There is an additional materials fee for this class, which can be paid in person during the first class.
