AlyssaBeth Archambault has two passions: sign-painting and beekeeping. She runs Bee’s Knees Sign Co., a Los Angeles enterprise focusing on one-of-a-kind handmade commercial and personal signs, like storefronts, A-frames, chalkboards, and banners. Raised in Long Beach, California, AlyssaBeth graduated with an A.A. from the highly regarded Sign Graphics program of Los Angeles Trade-Technical College—the only remaining sign-painting program of its kind. She has led several workshops on sign-painting in the L.A. area, and for many years has worked and played in the creative worlds of theater, music, and painting. Whether commercially or artistically, AlyssaBeth is dedicated to perpetuating hand-lettering and healthy honeybees while using the arts of sign-painting and beekeeping to build communities and inspire creativity.
