Kitten Yoga 🧘🐱 with Berks ARL

Find your zen… if the kittens let you. Join us for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience where playful, adoptable kittens roam the room while you enjoy a gentle, all-levels yoga class led by Liz Bentz of OTherapYoga. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or just looking for an hour of smiles and stress relief, this class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and maybe a little furry.

All proceeds benefit the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, helping care for animals in need. Plus, you’ll have the chance to meet kittens who are looking for their forever homes.

What to Know

🐱 Limited to 45 participants. Advance registration is required.
🧺 Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
🚗 Free parking is available in the GoggleWorks parking lot.
🛗 Please allow a few extra minutes to reach Studio 420 via elevator. Signage will guide you.
🍽️ Make it a full evening by grabbing dinner or drinks afterward at Thorn Alley Kitchen, located inside GoggleWorks.
