Voices of the Untrained: Pieces from the Dersh/Matson Collection

In celebration of Art in all its diverse approaches and styles, GoggleWorks is excited to present this exhibition in conjunction with our Summer Artists-In-Residence, juxtaposing self-taught and formally-trained artists.  

“Voices of the Untrained” is a curated selection from the private collection of Deb Dersh and Lisbeth Matson. 

“We have been collecting Outsider Art for more than 20 years.  It has been an amazing experience collecting and meeting many of the artists.  It is our hope that by sharing a glimpse of our collection, that the art will touch and move others… to be interested, appreciate and support self taught artists (Outsider Artists) in the future.”
