arts festival READING is the culmination of GoggleWorks’ mission to nurture the arts, foster creativity, promote education, and enrich the community. Over 2,000 attendees will discover the finest craft artists and vendors, experience demonstrations of virtuosic technique, explore work made in our juried artist studios on the 2nd and 3rd floors, taste new flavors from food vendors, sing along with musical artists, register for upcoming classes and workshops at GoggleWorks, and connect with other attendees who are excited about the arts!

Festival Details

Festival Dates / Saturday, October 7 and Sunday, October 8, 2017 from 10am – 5pm

Set Up Dates /  Friday, October 6, 2017 from 8am – 4pm (as assigned; exceptions are possible)

Location / indoors at GoggleWorks, located at 201 Washington Street, Reading, PA 19601

Admission for Attendees /  $8 per person

Entry Guidelines / Application fee: $20; applications must include four current, high-resolution (300 dpi) images, .jpeg formatted, of your work, plus an image of your indoor booth. Images should be a minimum of 1900 pixels at the longest dimension. Images will be used for promotion. All categories of fine art and fine craft will be considered. A three-sided booth is required. If you don’t have one, professional panels are available for rent.  Wait listed applications will be held until September 26, unless notified. Once accepted and processed, the fees are non-refundable.
