Following Esherick inspired Stamp Printed Poster: Wharton Esherick is widely regarded as the grandfather of the American Studio Furniture movement and one of the foundational figures of contemporary craft and design. Beyond Woodworking he experimented with printmaking, casting, and stone carving. With his works in mind, we encourage you to try your hand at the printing process. Using pre-carved stamps, collage, ink, and print your masterpiece of a poster to take home and display proudly.

Following Esherick inspired wood Carved Coat Hanger: Wharton Esherick is widely regarded as the grandfather of the American Studio Furniture movement and one of the foundational figures of contemporary craft and design. Inspired by the unique shapes and textures of his work, learn the steps to sculpting and carving a one of a kind artwork. Once completed your creation of form and function can be installed and displayed at home for all to see.

Paint your own Raku: Participants will decorate a one of a kind work before heating it to 1900 degrees! Once glowing red hot, the works are pulled (while hot) to a can of paper and sawdust to create vibrant and vivid colors before your very eyes.

Fast Glass Flower: The allure of molten glass is unmistakable. Try your hand at shaping this amazing material while creating a one off artwork of your very own to display proudly at home. NOTE: Glass works cannot be taken home same day and must be picked up at a later time.
