    • While there’s no doubting the names are similar, GoggleWorks Center for the Arts has no affiliation with Google…. and no, we can’t fix your iPhone.

    • GoggleWorks Center for the Arts campus is located between 2nd and 3rd streets and Washington and Walnut Sts, in the heart of Reading’s Entertainment Square.

  • Where can I park?
    • GoggleWorks’ free, public parking lot can be accessed by entrances off 2nd, Walnut and 3rd Sts. GoggleWorks does not validate parking garage vouchers.
  • Is there an admission fee? 
    • GoggleWorks is free and open to the public daily 9am-9pm. Stop by our front desk to obtain a map for a self-guided tour.
  • When can I visit? Can we take a tour?
    • GoggleWorks campus and galleries are open daily 9am-9pm. Admission is always free. Check in with the Community Ambassador at the front desk for information on a self-guided tour. Free guided tours are offered weekly 1pm Wednesdays; pre-registration is required. Private guided tours can be booked for groups of up to 25 individuals for a fee of $75.00; email programs@goggleworks.org to schedule a private guided tour.
  • Is GoggleWorks handicap accessible?
    • Designated accessible parking and an accessible ramp are located in our free, public parking lot. Automated doors are located at the main entrance. Two elevators are located in the building. A wheelchair is available for guests at no charge through the front desk. Service dogs are welcome. A freight elevator, operated by GoggleWorks staff, is available for guests needing further accessibility during events.
  • What are other ways I can get to GoggleWorks?
    • GoggleWorks is located just off the Schuylkill River Trail. A bike rack is located at the front entrance off our parking lot, just under the main gate; a bike lock is recommended.

  • Do you have event rental spaces?
    • Yes, GoggleWorks has multiple event spaces that can be rented for weddings, bridal showers, corporate meetings and events, birthday parties, etc. For further information on event rental spaces, contact Events Rental Director Margaret Pendleton at mpendleton@goggleworks.org or 610.374.4600 ext. 115.
  • How do I sign up for a class?
  • You may register for any GoggleWorks class or workshop by:
    • Registering online 24/7 at www.goggleworks.org/classes
    • Calling GoggleWorks Center for the Arts at 610-374-4600. Registration hours are 9am-9pm every day.
    • Visit GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, 201 Washington St., Reading, PA 19601. Building hours are 9am-9pm every day.

    • Each student needs their own registration for all of the classes/workshops.
  • Where can I find a list of the necessary supplies for my class?
    • If your class has a supply list, it will be listed on the class page on the website.
  • If a class is full, can I join a wait list?
    • Yes. Once a class fills to capacity, a wait list will be added. A wait list spot does not guarantee a space in the course. Wait list registrants will be notified directly by the Programs Dept. if a spot becomes available in the course.
  • What is your refund policy?
    • In the event that a student must withdraw their registration from a class or workshop, GoggleWorks will issue a full refund if cancellation is made seven (7) days prior to the start of class. There will be no refunds or pro-rating options for missed classes. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the first day of the scheduled class.   • If my artwork requires additional steps for completion, when will my artwork be ready and how will I know?
    • If student artwork requires additional attention, you will receive an email from the Programs Dept. when your work is ready for pick up at the front desk of GoggleWorks. Work is typically ready 1-3 weeks after the workshop.
