As we continue to work on catalyzing economic development, we are actively recruiting artists not only to our campus, but to the neighborhood. You may not realize but there are GoggleWorks artists like you that live across each street that surrounds us, not to mention there are sadly other downtown creatives that are not on our radar or in our networks. We are actively developing the “GoggleWorks Building 2” project, which will house artists in the large building to the east of our main building. In the meantime, we want to encourage those of you who are artists or makers to consider moving closer! With that in mind, a friend of mine from Philadelphia named Ross has renovated a house across from GoggleWorks on 3rd St.

In Philadelphia (primarily Germantown area), Ross and his partner Frank’s company, Rigby Properties, has renovated and managed several rental properties over the past 7+ years.
