The Studio Passport allows you to access GoggleWorks’ Welding Studio open studio hours during the term. Open Studio hours run 12-4pm the last Sunday of every month. Designed for students with a basic knowledge and understanding of welding, grinding, and cutting heavy metal. Overseen by a monitor, instead of instructor, this “class” is ideal for students looking to continue your exploration in metal or simply repair a tool.

*If not already GoggleWorks studio certified, a one time safety training fee of $75.00 is required at time of registration. Safety trainings are conducted in the last week of the month. New shop users should email Maggie Gallen, Programs Director, at mgallen@goggleworks.org, to schedule a training for the upcoming month. Students must complete the safety training, or have minimum of 4 hours working in GoggleWorks’ Welding Studio, before users can work in the shop.
