Summer vegetable fermentation is fun and easy! Learn about the history and practice of making safely fermented vegetables. Make your own delicious and nutritious pickles, tomatoes, green beans, lemons, onions, beets, carrots, blueberries, and more. You will leave with at least three quarts of fermenting veggies. We will be able to pick and use many herbs from GoggleWorks’ Gardens at Lauer’s Park.
Class will be held 9am-12pm Saturday, Aug. 19 and 10am-1pm Sunday, Aug. 20.
