Student Fellowships at GoggleWorks Center for the Arts are designed for area high school students interested in pursuing higher education and/or professional careers in the visual or musical arts.

The Summer Student Fellowship Program is a 1 on 1 pairing of students and mentors that are paired for 8-weeks over the summer; the deadline for recommendations is Friday, April 12th, 2024. Mentors are selected from professional artist-instructors working at GoggleWorks. With mentor guidance—including studio instruction, project guidance, and material research—each Fellow will develop their artistic skills and working knowledge of processes and materials within the medium/art of their choice at no cost to them or their family. Students will work toward creating art pieces for an end-of-summer exhibition.

The Student Record Label Fellowship is a student-run record label and master class that guides students through the process of songwriting, music production, mixing, mastering, and distribution of commercial music. These students collaborate on the creation of an EP or album, then learn the process of finalizing, promoting, and profiting off of the project through a series of lectures from guest speakers and guidance from our Recording Studio Mentor(s). Students will work toward creating songs (collaboratively or individually) to be included in an album that will be produced by Pagoda City Recordings.
